Are there any specific requirements for the Excel File containing the Client Database I want to import?

Yes, the file must meet the following requirements:

  • The minimum required fields are First Name, Last Name and Email
  • All fields need to be in separate columns
  • Other fields that can be imported: Second Name, Second Last Name, Day of Birth
  • When importing dates it must contain day, month and year in one of the following formats: DD/MM/YYYY, DD-MM-YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, MM-DD-YYYY
  • When importing an Address it must have separate columns for address, city, state and country.
  • When importing Visa and Passport information it must contain: Expiration Date, Document number and City where it was issued in separate columns.
