How to send a Trip Itinerary to a client?
There are 2 ways to send a Trip Itinerary using TravelContact’s platform:
- The General and Personal Trip Itineraries can be downloaded to PDF format and then sent to each client by email as attachments.
- Personal Trip Itineraries can be sent to each client directly from the platform. If you select the tab Personal Itinerary and select a client, you can select the button Send Itinerary. The Itinerary will be sent as an email attachment directly to the client’s Email and to the Mobile App.
