Once you enter the Administrative Module you‘ll find a menu on the left side of the screen that will allow you to navigate the different sections. The first section will be users here you’ll be able to see active and deactivated agents.

1. Use the Search bar as well as the Role field for easier navigation and also to customize your view.

2. When you click on the three-dots button you will find the following possibilities:

  • Make admin/Make Assistant/Make agent: Change the user’s role whenever you need.
  • User Details: See and manage specific details about the user.

Basic Details: See basic details such as: Name, email, status and role.

User Statics: See statistics: Number of clients and Creation date.

Agent Payments/Payroll: Manage Payments and bonuses as well as any charges or fees for agents.

  • Deactivate/Activate: Manage your user list by changing the status of the users when you need it. You can also set user roles and privacy.

Add Users

Add all the additional users your agency requires. Complete the required fields identified with a red asterisk (*). You’ll be able to activate Umapped integration for each user.
