Customize your company’s preferences to make TravelContact your own.

Preferences:

Add specific to your agency. As an admin user, you can edit and make changes to your agency's preferences.

Public agency: All users have access to the entire agency database: clients, suppliers, and trips. All users can add, edit or delete any registry in the database. However, only admin users will have access to agency-level reports.

Private Agency: Users will only have access to their own database: clients and trips, as well as to data that has been shared with or assigned to them. All users will have access to the entire supplier database. Only admin users will have access to agency general reports.

Note: You can edit and refresh the information on the preferences section anytime.
