What is the difference between an Administrator user and an Agent user?

Administrator:

  • Can view and edit all the clients of the agency
  • Can export the database of the entire agency
  • Have access to the Services section, where you can view all the services booked. 
  • Can view and edit all trips created
  • Can add the payment of the commissions received by the suppliers and divide the commission between the agency and the agents
  • Can see the reports and statistics
  • Can add the logo of the agency and define the date format
  • Can assign clients to an agent

 

Agent:

  • Private Agency: can only view and edit your own clients, clients that the agency has assigned (Lead) and clients that other agents from the same agency have shared with you.
  • Public Agency: You can view and edit all the clients of the agency
  • Private Agency: You can only export the database of your own clients
  • Public Agency: You can’t export the database
  • Private Agency: Can only view and edit your trips
  • Public Agency: Can view and edit all trips created
  • Can’t add the payment of the commissions received by the suppliers. Can see the commissions assigned by the agency
  • Can see your own reports and statistics
  • Can’t add the logo of the agency and nor define the date format
  • Can’t assign clients to other agents
