1. What information can I find in the dashboard?

In the dashboard screen you’ll find the number of clients, adults and minors, associated with the trip, the number of services associated with the trip, the main contact and the pending invoices for the trip.

2. How to add a client to the trip from the trip’s dashboard?

  1. Go to the Trips Module, create or select a trip from the list.
  2. Find the dashboard section.
  3. Find the summary box, once there click on the + icon located next to the number of clients registered on the trip.
  4. A new window will open and it will allow you to select a client from the database using the search bar; or add a new client using the add new one button.
  5. Click on the add clients button. If it's a new client, it will be registered on the trip and the database.

3.How to add a service to the trip from the trip’s dashboard?

  1. Go to the Trips Module, create or select a trip from the list.
  2. Find the dashboard section.
  3. Find the summary box.
  4. Find the service you want to add, and once there click on the + icon located on the right-hand side of the service
  5. A new window will open, in which you will need to click on the add button located in the lower part of the window and then complete the required information.

4. Can I see the services of my trip from the trip’s dashboard?

Yes, from the trip’s dashboard you can see the number of services you have added to this trip.

  1. Go to the Trips Module, create or select a trip from the list.
  2. Find the Dashboard section.
  3. Find the services box.
  4. Find the service you want to see and click on the magnifying glass on the right hand side.
  5. The platform will take you directly to that service you have selected, here you will be able to see or make the changes you want.

5. How to pay a pending invoice from the trip's dashboard?

  1. Go to the Trips Module, create or select a trip from the list.
  2. Find the Dashboard section.
  3. Find the pending invoices box and click on view more.
  4. The platform will take you directly to the Accounting section where you will be able to see, pay, edit or delete the invoice you want.

6. How to cancel a trip?

After confirming a trip, you will have the option to cancel it in its entirety, to do so you must:

  1. Enter the trip and click on the Cancel button located in the trip status bar.
  2. A window will open to confirm the elimination of invoices and payments associated with the trip. You must also indicate whether or not you will receive the commission for the services.
  3. Click OK and the trip status will change to canceled.
