Can I import a reservation I made from SABRE?

Yes. It is possible to import a reservation from SABRE, using the locator number. In order to access these reservations, the TravelContact integration with SABRE for the agency must have been previously requested and done.

How to add a service with the PNR?

Once the reservation is made in SABRE, you can import the services to TravelContact with the locator.

  1. Create or select a trip from the list.
  2. In the top menu of the trip, enter the Services section.
  3. Click on the + add service button. Choose the option Import from GDS.
  4. A new window will open where you must add the locator of your reservation, then click on search.
  5. Your reservation summary will appear. Complete the information and click continue.
  6. You must make a match of the clients in TravelContact with the clients of the GDS.
  7. Click next and verify the services information. If you have an imported GDS supplier that is not within your TravelContact database, you can add it and then associate it. Click on next.
  8. Review the information, once you're ready click Import to finish.

Can I edit information on a PNR within TravelContact?

No, the information between SABRE and TravelContact flows only one way, from SABRE to TravelContact, you can edit the information in SABRE and update it in TravelContact but not the way around.

Can I add several locators on the same trip?

Yes, the platform will allow you to add several locators to a trip but you won't be able to add the same locator on different trips.

How to update a PNR within TravelContact?

  1. Select a trip from the list
  2. At the top you will find the details of the trip, click on the pencil icon located under the GDS button.
  3. Click the resynchronize icon to update the information.

Note: You can also update a locator from the PNR Management section.

How to remove a PNR from a trip?

  1. Select a trip from the list.
  2. At the top you will find the details of the trip, click on the pencil icon located under the GDS button.
  3. Then select the delete option.

What is the PNR Management section?

You will find a record of the locators created in SABRE.

How to enter the PNR Management section?

  1. Locate your name in the upper right corner and click on it.
  2. Select PNR Management.
  3. A list will appear with the locators you created as an agent in SABRE.
  4. You can filter by status and verify the locators you have associated and the ones you haven't associated yet to the trips in TravelContact.

What actions do I have available within the PNR Management section?

You can search the locator by the status and verify which ones you have associated with a trip, you can also see details of the locators, synchronize them on the platform (if you have made any changes on SABRE) or delete the locator.
